Snuggle Packs

Snuggle Packs are take home family activity packs filled with items that promote literacy and togetherness. This exceptional program component is not common, and we are very proud of the success of the concept.

Each Snuggle Pack is a backpack containing books, games and activities that follow a theme. The packs are sent home with students for the whole family to do together.

Participation Guidelines

Participation is free, but in order for students to take part in the Snuggle Pack program their parents must sign a contract. For participating families, packs are:

• Sent home about once a month
• Generally kept over a weekend
• Returned to school by the students

Snuggle Pack Themes

We have over a hundred different activity packs, each with age appropriate, themed educational contents. Examples of themes include:

Dinosaurs Tools Trucks Insects

Princesses Tea parties Reading Skills World Cultures

Themed pack contents typically include:

• Several theme related books
• Suggested discussion ideas
• Games, projects, and activities

Most packs include a consumable, like a worksheet, cookie mix or art project.

Sponsor a Snuggle Pack

Due to natural wear on the reusable items and replacement of consumable items, there is a cost involved in maintaining the program.

Families, friends and local businesses are welcome to support the program by sponsoring a Snuggle Pack.
