Registration

Before submitting a registration form and fee, please call us to confirm there is a spot available in the class for which you wish to register your child.

Eligibility

Sunshine Preschool accepts children over the age of 3. All students must be toilet trained. All children must have received age appropriate immunizations.

Tuition

Tuition information is available for review on the tuition page.

Limited scholarships are available for families that meet criteria for financial hardship.

Registration Process

To register your child for an available class at Sunshine Preschool:

• Complete the Registration Form
• Mail completed registration form with a check for $50 to the school.

Registration is not official until the form and registration fee has been received. We only require one $50 registration fee per family.

Waiting List

We accept new registrations until classes are all full. Subsequent registration requests are placed on a waiting list.

The waiting list is maintained throughout the academic year to facilitate new placements in the event of student withdrawals.

Required Forms

All the forms required prior to beginning the school year are mailed to registered families in August, prior to the start of the school year.

Required forms may be mailed to the school, dropped off at the school or turned in at parent orientation.

Required documentation includes:

• Child Care Immunization Form
• Health Form
• Emergency Contact Information
• Financial Contract & Permission Form (blue form)
• Student & Family Information Form

Parent Orientation

All parents of registered students are required by the state to attend a parent orientation session. Formal parent orientation sessions are scheduled shortly before the school year begins. If you cannot attend, you must call to schedule a make-up session.

In addition to becoming familiar with the school and its policies, the parent orientation event is when all required forms are due.
